At our company, we prioritize shipping your orders as quickly as possible.
Order Processing & Shipping Time
Our standard order processing time is typically within 48 hours.
For example, if you place an order on the 10th, your item will be packed and prepared for shipment by the 11th and shipped out on the 12th.
Please keep in mind the time zone differences across the globe. For instance, if it’s 6:30 AM on the 10th in the United States, it will be 6:00 PM on the 10th here, and we will process your order on the following day, the 11th.
Processing time can vary depending on product availability. While we maintain stock of most regular items, it’s challenging to keep all models on hand. If the item is in stock, it will be shipped within 48 hours. However, if the product needs to be made (e.g., custom items or special designs), additional production time of 2-8 business days may be required before shipment. Our skilled tailors and streamlined production capacity allow us to produce about 40 vestments daily.
Shipping Carriers & Delivery Times
We use the following carriers to deliver your orders:
- FedEx – International Priority Service (typically delivers within 2-4 business days)
- India Post – EMS Service (typically delivers within 6-12 business days)
- India Post – Registered Mail Service (typically delivers within 12-24 business days)
Please note: India Post is a Government of India undertaking, and orders shipped via India Post will be delivered by your local Post Office. Delivery times are based on business days (shipping carriers do not operate on holidays).
