ORDER CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Order Cancellations

For orders paid via offline payment methods, please be aware that the system will automatically cancel your order if payment is not received within 15 days of the order date.

You may cancel or modify your order anytime before it is shipped. To do so, please contact us via email with clear instructions or reasons for cancellation or modification.

Please note that Custom Orders cannot be cancelled, and orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original unused condition, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must inform us of the return within 48 hours of delivery. We recommend inspecting your products immediately upon receipt.

Items that have been worn, used, or altered are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges

You can exchange your product within 7 days of delivery, as long as it is in its original unused condition. You may exchange it for a different size, color, or model of a similar product. There is no restocking fee for exchanges; however, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Please send the item via a reliable shipping carrier and provide a tracking number for the return.

Refunds

Refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
